This website uses standard HTML protocols, Flash, and Java, and should therefore behave itself, exactly like any other website does on most people's computers. However, if you're having problems viewing the site, this page is for you. Chances are you're having problems with other sites too, and there's something local going on with your PC.

The following tips are intended to help visitors better enjoy their time spent viewing all of the material presented on this site. Any new problems and suggested resolutions will be addressed as they become known.

Please contact us if you have are having any difficulties that are not covered below. We realize there is quite a variety of computer hardware and software out there, so there are no guarantees we'll fix anything with our unqualified suggestions. However, we'll at least attempt to point you in the right direction.
 

 

Examine Your PC Configuration -- We recommend the following minimum PC configuration
  • MS Windows 7 operating system (OS) or better, or Mac OS

  • Web browser: IE 8 or newer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Mac Safari

  • A quality e-mail client, like MS Outlook or equivalent (MSN and some web-based clients like Hotmail, gMail, and others are not always reliable, and often do not allow attachments)

  • PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobrat Reader)

  • Adobe Flash player (free download)

  • Music player

  • Photo and video viewer

  • Normal security settings

  • Allow Active-X to run from this site

  • Add the site to your trusted sites (see Privacy Policy)

  • Add Seagulls@EHS1967.com to your trusted senders e-mail list

  • Make sure we have your e-mail address!

  • Make sure you have speakers and they're turned on

  • Ensure your PC is plugged-in (just kidding)
Issues Often Resolved By Steps Above

  • Site menu doesn't appear along top page banner

  • Introductory flash slideshow on homepage doesn't work

  • Music files don't open and play

  • Unable to open or view photos in the Photo Gallery

  • Pages in the site don't seem to open fully, or they don't look right (try using a different web browser)

  • You never receive any e-mail from Seagulls@EHS1967.com, or referenced attachments are missing
